You can walk the whole length of the suburb along the water by trespassing through all 42 properties. This is encouraged by the 15 permanent residents, and no-one minds provided you shut their gate (if they have one) after you go through.

Besides the waterfront trespassing, you can walk back on the barely visible 'fire trail' behind the properties to see the double-decker cave.
