A really big surprise this time at Coogan Place in Dean Park. This is not a street, but a house driveway. The owners have decorated the fence with a street sign bearing their house number, two old-style parking meters, a no-stopping sign, a one-hour parking sign for those who ignored the previous sign and an ancient telephone box.
