One of life's little mysteries: why does the north side of
Kogarah Bay's Souter Street have its kerb packed with emptied
rubbish bins, yet there is not one bin on the south side?
Are all the northerners late risers? Does the boundary for
rubbish collections go down the middle of Souter Street? Why
is there no-one around to ask?
